February 5, 2019• Race start @ 6pm...under the lights of the Tech Trails!
• FREE (with trail pass or membership)
• 3km & 5km mass start race or fun ski!
• Set loop through series to measure your season-long improvement!
• Skate & Classic participation options
• Prizes! Michigan Tech and ski swag:
◦ Most improved through series
◦ Fastest race of the series
◦ Most kilometers skied through series
◦ GRAND FINALE best costume
◦ GRAND FINALE cross country cross best trick
• Social hour 6:30-7:30pm: Marshmallows, hot cocoa, and bonfire following all races!
• NEW THIS YEAR: Inclusion of Cross Country Cross features in ski courses!
• Course marking and timing provided by MTU Nordic Ski Team coaching staff & student-athletes.
• Grooming provided by MTU Tech Trails Facilities Manager – Scott Jackson & staff.
• GRAND FINALE criterium race for last event of season!
• MTU Nordic Ski Team student-athletes to race, cheer and volunteer in the GRAND FINALE series event! -
