Annual Ski Swap Saturday Nov. 10

The Annual Copper Country Ski Swap will take place Saturday, Nov 10 from 2 – 4 pm. The swap, open to the public for buying and selling, is for cross country ski equipment such as skis, boots, poles and bindings only (no snowboards, downhill ski gear, clothing or summer items, please) and is a great place to outfit your young and growing skier. Items for sale can be dropped off at the Houghton High School multipurpose room from 12-1 p.m. on Nov. 10. Unsold items must be picked up at 4 p.m. A 15 percent commission will be charged on all items with a maximum of $50 per item. Proceeds will benefit the Copper Country Ski Tigers Race Team.
