4:30 pm: Husky Hustle4:30 pm: Husky Hustle Six kilometer and eight kilometer races, running concurrently at the Michgian Tech trails. The courses share the majority of the course. Open to collegiate teams, students, and community members. This is a trial runn for the proposed 2023 GLIAC Championships. No charge to enter. 8:00 am: Keweenaw Ultramarathon Club Trail Race8:00 am: Keweenaw Ultramarathon Club Trail Race 50K, 25k, and 5k trail running races put on by the Keweenaw Ultramarathon Club on November 5, 2022 at the Tech Trails. Registration is $10 for Michigan Tech students and $20 for all others paid the day of the race. 50K starts @ 8:00 am 25K starts @ 9:00 am 5K starts @ 10:00 am
11:30 am: Outdoor Gear Swap11:30 am: Outdoor Gear Swap The Copper Country Ski Tigers are holding their annual ski and gear swap Saturday, November 5th, 2022, at Houghton High School multipurpose room. Buy and sell outdoor gear – cross country skis, snow bikes, bikes, camping gear, outdoor clothing, or any other item for the silent sports enthusiast. • Drop off items to be sold on Saturday (11/5) 8:30 to 11:15 a.m. There is a 15% commission, with a $75 maximum per item, charged on all items sold. All proceeds are used to support the successful Copper Country Ski Tigers racing teams. |
