Mountain Bike Trail Updates – May 21

Here are reports on the mountain bike trails, as of May 21. Michigan Tech is dry and rideable. Swedetown asks riders to stay off – things are wet and a portion of singletrack still has snow. Crews are out at Copper Harbor to move debris and prep the trails and many will be rideable this weekend, although you should be prepared to change your route (Stairway to Heaven, for instance, is not rideable at this point).  Bottom line — Ride the Keweenaw will happen this weekend and there will be trails to ride!
