Posted on

The Copper Country Ski Tigers are holding their annual ski and gear swap Saturday, October 28, 2017, at the Houghton High School multi-purpose room from 10 AM to Noon.

Buy and sell outdoor gear – cross country skis, snow bikes, bikes, camping gear, outdoor clothing, or any other item for the silent sports enthusiast.  Sellers – take the opportunity to sell that gear now.  Buyers – stock up!  The Ski Tigers will also wax your skis in preparation for winter for a nominal fee, and as always, there will also be delicious baked goods for sale!

Drop off items to be sold on either Friday (10/27) from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. or Saturday (10/28) 8:30 to 9:45 a.m.  Sale begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday and ends at noon.  Pick up unsold items and/or checks for sold equipment from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday.

There is a 15% commission, with a $50 maximum, charged on all items sold.  All proceeds are used to support the Copper Country Ski Tigers race team (State Champions 5-years running).
