Cobble Gobble Run/Walk to Benefit Seven Mile Point

The first Cobble Gobble will take place Saturday, November 3, at 10 am on the Lake Superior Shoreline. Proceeds from the 8km trail run/walk will benefit the North Woods Conservancy’s efforts to purchase Seven Mile Point. The walk and run will wind through three North Woods Conservancy holdings and includes 1.4k of cobble beach along Seven Mile Point on Lake Superior. Proceeds will benefit the conservancy’s efforts to preserve the beach. Each participant will receive a 2012 Cobble Gobble organic cotton T-shirt (M/W sizes) and be entered into a drawing to be held after the race. For details, see www.cobblegobble.org.
