Fall Ski Swap Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011
If you’ve straightened the garage and pulled the snowblower to the front, you may have come across some outdoor gear you no longer want or need. Bring it on down to the Ski Tigers fall ski swap, Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at the Houghton High multipurpose room. Drop off at 1:45 p.m.; the swap is 2-4 p.m. Ski Tigers will take a 15 percent commission (but it is a great cause). Looking for a deal? This might be YOUR year . . .

Ski Tiger Registration Sat., Nov. 12, 2011
The snow is coming — and so is registration for the 2011-12 Ski Tigers season. Head on down to the Houghton High multi-purpose room on Saturday, Nov.12, 2011, from 2-4 p.m. The cost is $56 per skier for the first two children and $46 per skier for additional children from the same family. Fees increase after December 1. See the registration form for details, and for information about the limited scholarship funds that are available. See more information at the Ski Tigers website.

Muck Run Results
The annual Muck Run at the Michigan Tech trails took place on wet terrain, but no precipitation! Results are posted (pdf).
